what we do

We support companies, civil society organizations, government and academic institutions to integrate innovative and transformative gender and human rights approaches and tools into their policies, strategies and interventions, through:

Transformative Trainings:

Expanding the awareness of business leaders and institutions, management teams and workers on gender and social inclusion issues at work, in the private and public sector and in civil society;

Training in feminist and gender transformative leadership;

Development of training packages with gender transformative approaches adapted to the business sector and CSOs.

Institutional Capacity Building:

Development of policies and action plans for gender equality, prevention and protection policies against sexual harassment and advice for integrating gender transformative approaches into internal governance strategies and instruments and organizational practices, both in civil society and in the private sector;

Mapping-diagnosis of the internal work culture of companies/organizations and development of innovative strategies and tools to reduce gender disparities and inequalities.

Participative research/Feminist and interdisciplinary studies:

Development of evidence-based research in different socioeconomic areas through a gender and feminist, intersectional and decolonial lens and methodologies;

Development of different gender analysis tools and action plans aiming to not only recognize but transform power imbalances in different economic, social, political and cultural areas.

Advocacy/
Communication:

Facilitation and advice on advocacy, communication and brand content creation strategies linked to women’s issues and the promotion of equal rights and social inclusion.

Transformative Projects:

Development of projects with gender transformative approaches.

Pesquisa-acção/Estudos feministas e interdisciplinares:

Desenvolvimento de pesquisas baseadas em evidências em diferentes áreas socioeconómicas através de uma lente e metodologia de género e feminista, interseccional e decolonial;

Desenvolvimento de diferentes ferramentas de análise de género e planos de acção visando não apenas reconhecer, mas transformar os desequilíbrios de poder em diferentes áreas económicas, sociais, políticas e culturais.
